This is because scent is one of the strongest senses and it can influence brain activity. Which, when you are trying to find the positive in every day, could be incredibly useful. There is science behind all of this, and here are 6 scents that can change your mood the most.
I think today I am going to go with stopping and smelling the roses. Mostly because they smell so lovely, but partly because when you stop and smell the roses, you are pausing and taking a moment to focus on one positive thought.
