Quiet is restorative and calming. When it is quiet you can find your center and focus your thoughts.
Whether your quiet is a solitary walk or an intense workout at the gym, those moments where you are free from outside influence are ones to treasure.
I relish quiet moments. When it can be just me and a sketchbook or me and my cat. Or when I can loose myself in a crowd and the people just fade away. Quiet is refreshing and rejuvenating. And I’ll take the quiet however I can get it.
